The listing process is simple. Click on the "Sell" button and follow the instructions.

The listing form is divided into 4 sections:

Section 1.

Choose the category and subcategory.

Section 2 .

Choose an Auction or a Classified Ad

You can use classified advertising to promote your future auctions.

Preferred Currency – choose the currency.

Part of the City/Town – insert the area.

Example: Riverside Area, West Site...

Section 3.

Property Address - insert the complete address for the property.

Example: 1235 Any Street, Toronto, Ontario, Canada

This will help buyers to find your property much faster (most people are searching for properties using keywords from the Title).

Starting Price (required) – Insert the Starting Price. The Starting Price should be at least 50% lower than the price the seller is hoping to get.

Financing Instructions (optional) - inform buyers if the seller is willing to hold the mortgage (VTB), or the mortgage must be assumed.

Deposit required (optional) - use if you will require the deposit at the time of signing of the offer.

Listing Information (required) – These features are very important for searching (number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, basement, garage, etc.). If your listing does not have these features just insert “N/A”.

Virtual Tour Link (optional) - Insert your Video, or Virtual Tour Link here.

Detailed description - Insert important details about the property. Describe the location (area of the city, neighborhood, street...); special features, and terms and conditions of the sale. Here you can also insert information about availability of documents such as survey, retrofit certificate, etc. It is important to inform buyers how the property will be shown. For directions insert a Google Map link in your description, (you may use a Google Map FREE).

Section 4.

Start Date (optional) - We recommend that you star your auction on Saturday at the same time your Open House will start (for example: 1:00 P.M.), or you can leave this field blank to start your auction as soon as you post it.

End Date (required) - Your auction should end on Sunday 8:00 P.M.

Auto Relist (optional) - We do not recommend to use this option for residential properties.

Hit Counter Style (optional) - This counter will be displayed at the bottom of your auction page, indicating how many people have viewed it.

Home Page Featured (optional) - Listing(s) will be randomly selected to be displayed on our main page. $25.00 fee.

Category Featured (optional) - Listing(s) will be featured above other listings in category listings. $10.00 fee.

Gallery listing (optional) - Listing(s) will be featured in our gallery sections. $5.00 fee.

Highlight Listing (optional) - A colored highlight will make your listing stand out. $3.00 fee.

Bold listing (optional) - The listing(s) title will be displayed with a bold font. $2.00 fee.

Upload Base Image (optional) - You can post one image of the property at NO cost.

Premium Extra Images (optional) - There is a $1.00 fee for each Premium Extra image.

You should use as many images and special features as possible to give your listing(s) more exposure.

When you are finished uploading you data click on the “Confirm” button.

 Edit Images

The saying that "a picture speaks louder than words" is especially true in an online auction. All the surveys show that buyers surfing the Internet for property think the picture is the most important part of a listing.

  • You can add images when you list a property.
  • You can also edit a listing to include additional images.
  • Images must be in .jpg or .gif format.
  • .jpg - File format that reduces file size without reducing image quality.
  • .gif - Common file format used specifically for web graphics.

To upload, or change an image:

  • Login to your account
  • Click "Browse"
  • Locate the listing
  • Click "Edit listing"
  • Click "Edit Images"

The images that you choose for your listing can be interchanged. If you do not like the original image order, you can rearrange them by changing their sequence number.

  • Click "Save Changes"
  • Click "Post Changes"

Edit a listing

Complete listing information can be edited at any time.

To edit a listing:

  • Login to your account
  • Click "Browse"
  • Locate the listing
  • Click "Edit listing"
  • Edit the listing
  • Click "Save Changes"
  • Click "Post Changes"

Cancel a listing

There are two ways to cancel an active listing.

You can:

End the listing EARLY, or delete the listing IMMEDIATELY.

To End a listing EARLY:

  • Login to your account
  • Click "Browse"
  • Locate the listing
  • Click "Edit listing"
  • Scroll to the bottom of the Edit Listing page
  • Click the button "End Early"

The listing will be closed immediately and deleted from the system in 30 days.

To Delete a listing IMMEDIATELY:

  • Login to your account
  • Click "My Account"
  • Locate "Listings"
  • Click on the "Unsuccessful" button
  • Mark the listing you want to delete
  • Press the "Remove from the List" button.
