Inspect the property

At the time of inspection, request to see a copy of a Home Inspection Report, or any documents that may be in the seller's possession (when buying an investment property, request to see a copy of a Hydro Certificate, and/or Fire Marshall Certificate). Taking into account the state of the property, the buyer will be able to make an intelligent decision about the offering price.

Prepare the Market Analysis

Before you make any bids, buyers should have some knowledge about the Market Value of the property they intend to bid on. Prepare the Market Analysis and show buyers some comparable properties.
